Dr. Phillip Zelmanow graduated from The University at Albany in 1991, then went on to Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Samantha Zelmanow graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in 1991 and also attended Tufts Dental, where she and Phil first met. They graduated in 1995 and married in 1998. In 2000, Phil and Samantha had their first daughter, Abigail, and they welcomed their second daughter, Katherine, in 2002.
They enjoy spending their free time with friends and family. When their daughters are older, they hope to travel and see more of the world; for now, yearly trips to Florida to visit family and vacations to Disneyworld are keeping them busy. They look forward to getting to know you and your family, too! |

Do you ever worry about cleanliness in dental offices? We understand your concern. That抯 why we go above and beyond for you, exceeding the American Dental Association (ADA) and OSHA recommended standards for a clean and safe practice. We have a dedicated area with state-of-the-art sterilization technology, where every instrument is wrapped and disinfected before your visit. We also sanitize each room between patients and perform weekly spore testing with a third party infection control center. We worry about the cleanliness of our office so you抣l never have to.
Education & Credentials
Our team at East Lyme Dental is fully trained, skilled, and certified to provide you with the expertise you are looking for. We fulfill our responsibility to continuing education by attending dental conventions, seminars, and lectures and keeping up-to-date on the latest dental technologies and procedures. We are always searching for ways to better serve you and your family as patients.
